    Dried Green Split Peas, 3.25 cup
    Dried Lentils, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Carrots, raw, 2 medium
    Water, tap, 5 cup (8 fl oz)
    Garlic, 2 cloves


Put everything into the crock pot. You can sub in chicken or veggie stock for water. As it cooks, you may need to add more water. You can also add ff hot dogs if not vegetarian. Cook on low for 8 hours.
