    5 chicken wings
    4 drumsticks
    1 cup flour
    1tbsp poultry seasoning
    1 egg
    1/4 cup milk


mix flour, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper in a bowl
beat egg with milk
dredge chicken pieces into flour mix, then egg wash then flour mix again.

fry in crisco shortening, in cast iron skillet 7 min each side.
