    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber (8-1/4")
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 tomato
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)
    Kraft Zesty Italian Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
    Oil and Vinegar Salad Dressing, 2 tbsp
    Salt & Pepper


Cut 1 onion in thick slices & then in quarters. Slice (thick) 1 cucumber & then cut into quarters. Cut 2 ROMA tomatoes in half, then in halves (again), then cut into sections. Toss all vegetables together, add 2 Tbsp. Zesty Italian Dressing, and 2 Tbsp. Oil & Vinegar Dressing, close container & shake until mixture looks to be evenly coated. Add salt & Pepper & shake again... I do this step a couple of times. Chill and serve as a side salad. (or makes a great snack!!)
