Ingredients

    2 cans tuna
    1 cup sushi rice
    4tbs white wine vinegar
    6 teaspoons sugar
    cucumber and spring onion strips
    soya sauce and wasbi to serve

Directions

boil the rice until soft and leave to cool.
mix the sugar vinegar until sugar dissolved
add it to the rice and mix well
cut each nori sheet into four
take a couple of teaspoons of rice and spread over sheet.
Add some tuna and vegtables.
Roll up and enjoy
