    1 pound 93% ground beef
    1 large yellow onion
    1 yellow pepper
    1 green pepper
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 jar salsa
    2 cans chili beans
    1 large can tomato sauce
    2 Tbs. tomato paste
    2 cups water
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    2 Tbs. chili powder
    salt and pepper to taste (not in nutritional information)


In large soup pot, brown ground beef with onion and peppers. Add garlic in the last minute.

Add remainder of ingredients.

Bring to boil, then simmer on low for about 1 hour.

Can also be made in a crockpot!
