    2 pounds extra lean ground beef
    1 15 ounce can sweet corn, drained
    1 15 ounce can diced tomatoes, drained
    1 15 ounce can stewed tomatoes
    1 cup canned black beans
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 6 ounce can vegetable juice V8
    1 teaspoon black pepper
    1 1/2 teaspoons salt
    4 teaspoons chili powder


Brown ground beef in dutch oven, add remaining ingredients, bring to a boil, lower temperature to simmer and cook for an hour or longer, depending on desired chili consistency. Serves 12.
