1 C EGG SUB
1/2 C APPLESAUCE
1 C PUMPKIN
1/2 C WALNUTS CHOPPED
1/2 C CRAISINS
1/2 C SPLENDA
1 TSP CINNAMON
1/4 TSP NUTMEG
30G UNJURY UNFLAVORED PROTEIN POWDER
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
SUGAR FREE PRESERVES
Directions
Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Spray a muffin pan with Pam and fill with 1/3 cup batter for each muffin.
Make an indent in the center of each muffin and place a teaspoon of Sugar Free Preserve (any flavor - apricot and strawberry are great) in indent.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
