    2 1/2 c Krusteaz Fat-Free Pancake mix
    4 T Cold Butter
    1/4 t Garlic powder
    1/4 t Italian seasoning
    3/4 C fat free milk
    1 C grated cheddar cheese

    Top with:
    2 T melted butter
    1/2 t garlic powder


Preheat oven to 400. Combine Krusteaz with cold butter, garlic powder and seasoning in bowl using a pastry cutter or large fork. (Don't overmix.) Add cheese and milk and mix by hand.

Use an ice cream scoop and drop dough (approx 1/4 c) onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 15-17 minutes (until tops turn light brown).

Remove from oven. Mix melted butter and garlic powder, brush tops of biscuits.

Makes 12 biscuits.
