    1 package Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls
    8 Large Egg Whites
    1- 8oz package Turkey Ham (or lean ham)
    8 oz. package of Colby-Jack Cheese Shredded


Preheat oven to 350
Line bottom of 13 x 9 casserole pan with Reduced Fat Crescent Rolls. Place pan in oven for about 3 minutes to allow crescent roll bottom to partially bake. If you skip this step, the end result may be doughy in the center. Next blend egg whites in bowl, and cut ham into small pieces. Once rolls are baked for 3 min, take out and pour egg white on top of crescent roll bottom, make sure the Crescent Rolls are covered with egg. Sprinkle cut up ham over top the egg mixture. Then place in oven for about 15 minutes, or until egg is cooked through. Take out of oven and top with 8 oz of shredded cheese. If you wish you can place back into oven to melt cheese, though this is usually not needed. We make this breakfast bake for a meal any time of day. Its quick and easy! I have also used turkey bacon, and turkey sausage. This will add more calories and fat, but it is an option! Enjoy!!
