Ingredients

    1 Yellow Bell Pepper
    1 Orange Bell Pepper
    1/2 Avacado
    2 Roma Tomatoes
    2 tbsp Olive Oil
    Salt/Pepper
    1/2 cup feta cheese
    Kalamata Olives
    Pita Pockets
    Hummus

Directions

Chop tomatoes, bell peppers (use any color you want, I like the orange and yellow), avacado, and olives. Mix in a bowl. Crumble feta cheese over the mix. Drizzle in the olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir to mix.

Heat up the pita pockets. Spread hummus on the inside and fill pita with the vegetable mix.
