Ingredients

    1 medium granny smith apple
    1/2 ripe medium sized banana
    1/4 cup reduced fat crunchy peanut butter

Directions

-core apple, place on microwave safe dish
-chop banana
-mix banana with peanut butter by hand
-stuff core with half of banana peanut butter mixture, set other half aside
-place paper plate or other microwave safe dish on top of stuffed apple
-microwave for two mins (keep an eye to make sure plate covering apple does not slip off-readjust when necessary)
-stuff apple with remaining banana peanut butter mixture
-recover with plate and microwave for two more minutes
-uncover and let sit for 5-8 minutes
-cut in half and share the love
