    1 lb. lean ground beef, browned and seasoned
    6 tsp McCormick Taco Seasoning
    1 can (15.25 oz) vegetarian refried beans (Rosarita)
    1 can (15.25 oz) no fat refried beans (Rosarita)
    24 (120 g) large black olives, cut up
    2 cups Lucerne Mexican cheese blend


Brown meat in microwave 3 minutes at a time, seasoning with the McCormick's Taco Seasoning a little bit a time until cooked thoroughly.

Layer an 8x8 pan with beans (I mix the two can's togethor), meat and then beans again. Sprinkle with the chopped up black olives and top with cheese.

We add avocado, sour cream, salsa and/or tomatoes and green onions depending on what's on hand or family member's preference, however, they are not included in nutritional values.

We typically eat these with chips, whatever is on sale or preferred, also not included in nutritional values.
