Ingredients

    1 cup carrots sliced
    1/2 medium head of califlower
    10 green beans
    1 plum tomatoe cut in chuncks
    1/2 tbsp olive oil ,extra virgin light
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

place all veggies except tomatoe in steam basket and place over boiling water.cover.steam till tender crisp or desired doneness.Place in serving bowl .add tomate,drizzle with olive oil and add the spices.toss and serve.make about 4 -1 cup serving
