Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9-ince pie plate with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray 9-ince pie plate with nonstick spray.

    1 package, Broccoli, frozen
    1/3 C Onions, raw, chopped
    1/3 C Green Peppers (bell peppers), chopped
    1 C Colby and Monterey Jack Cheese shredded
    1/2 C Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only)
    1 C Milk, nonfat
    1/2 tsp Pepper, black
    1 tsp Cumin seed
    4 large egg white, fresh


Stir together thawed broccoli, onion bell pepper and pout into pie plate. Stir remaining ingrediants until blended. Pour over vegetables in pie plate. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
