Introduction

Cut up sausage into bite size pieces. Cut up onion and add to sausage. Saute in pan using spray olive oil. Add other ingredients and heat until warmed through. Season the way you would like. Rinse the beans prior to adding to cut down on sodium content. Serve over rice if you would like, but the rice is not figured in on these calculations.
