    2.5 cups warm water
    2 Tbsp canola oil
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1 tsp salt
    2 Tbsp yeast
    4.5 cups white flour
    1.5 cups whole grain flour


Mix first 5 ingredients. Leave for 15 min till yeast is bubbling.
Gradually add in flour.
Knead well.
Let rise till double (approx 1-11/2 hours)
Punch down, divide in 2 or 3. shape to loaf (long and narrow) Place on cookie sheets
Let rise for 15-20 mins.
Cook at 375 for 35-40 mins
Cool before serving.
Cut each loaf into 10 pieces.
