    2 T olive oil
    1/2 c apple vinegar
    1/4 c splenda
    20 radishes, shredded
    2 c shredded cabbage
    2 c sliced pepper, yellow, red, orange


mix dressing in a large bowl, add vegetables, mix well.
Refrigerate, keeps three days.
Makes 8- 2/3 c serving
