    Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
    *Edamame, shelled, fresh, 2 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 tsp
    *Tahini, 3 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 1tsp
    Salt, 1 tbsp
    *Lemon Juice, .5 lemon yields


Soak the chickpeas overnight.

Next morning drain the chickpeas, cover with water and cook until tender. In a separate pan cover the edamame and cook just until tender.

Drain beans and add to prep machine (food processor, blender) with the remaining ingredients and combine until a smooth paste. Adjust seasoning to your taste.
