    5 filets of talapia
    half an onion
    1 garlic cloves
    parsely finely chopped (a bunch)
    portuguese pepper sauce(1 spoon)
    2 tbsp of olive oil
    chicken broth 1 -2 cups
    1 cup of water


saute onions and garlic clove. add chicken broth and 1 cup of water.then add the parsley and let simmer for a couple of minutes...once boiling add 5 talapia fillet and bring to a boil until filets are flaky..cook potatoes seperately adding some salt and pepper for flav. once filets are flaky break up into bite size pieces and add the potatoes..makes a very tasty dish.p.s. i also add portuguese pepper sauce to add more flavour
