    small onion, diced
    garlic clove, minced
    lean ground beef, 16 oz
    mushrooms, sliced 8 oz
    carrots, shredded, 1/2 cup
    zucchini, peeled and chopped 1 cup
    Amy's low sodium organic marinara sauce, 16 oz jar
    lasagna pasta, 8 oz


add pasta to boiling, seasoned (low sodium) water

saute onions, garlic in small amount of extra virgin olive oil, lean ground beef, drian any excess oils, add mushrooms, squash, carrots, and marinara sauce. simmer while pasta cooks. Ladle enough beef/sauce mixture to cover bottom of 13" x 9" baking pan. Layer pasta, beef/sauce, cheeses to fill pan. Top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes
