    chopped garlic- 1 clove
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces
    Red Ripe Tomatoes, 0.5 cup, chopped
    *Lemon Juice, 5 mL
    Oregano, ground, 0.5 tbsp
    Basil, 0.50 tbsp
    *Philadelphia Light cream cheese, 1 tbsp
    Saputo Light Feta, 50 gram(s)
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped


Marinade- mix together lemon juice, oregano, oil, and garlic. Allow chicken to marinade for at least an hour.

In medium bowl, mix together diced tomato, feta, basil, and cream cheese.
Carefully, cut deep slit (lengthwise) into each chicken breast, and fill with 1/3 of the filling. Keep chicken closed using a( toothpick soaked in water so it doesn't burn). Cook at 400 degrees for about 30-35 minutes.
