    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 medium head of cabbage cut in chunks
    2 cans of stewed tomatoes
    1/4 cup ketchup
    1 medium onion chopped
    salt, pepper, garlic powder to taste


Brown ground beef in non stick skillet along with chopped onions. Add stewed tomatoes, tomatoe sauce, cabbage and seasonings. Cook until cabbage is transparent. You can add 1 tablespoon of sugar or splenda.

Each serving 1 cup.

  • a deconstructed stuffed cabbage without the rice. I would serve rice with it for those not watching calories. filling and tasty. don't skip the ketchup - 1/13/10
