Introduction

Rice and vegetable bake perfect for main dish or with your favorite meat for lunch or dinner. Rice and vegetable bake perfect for main dish or with your favorite meat for lunch or dinner.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups cooked brown (or white) rice
    1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar or colby cheeze (6 0z)
    1/2 cup canned mixed vegetables
    10 oz pkg frozen mixed vegetables
    10 oz pkg frozen broccoli
    2 tbs sweet basil
    2 tsp season all (or salt to taste)
    2 tbs garlic powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients
Bake in 9x13 dish for 30 minutes until cheese is melted

Makes 6-8 servings
