Introduction

This is a great breakfast or after work out treat. This is a great breakfast or after work out treat.

Ingredients

    4 large ripe strawberries
    1/4 cup frozen raspberries
    1/2 cup No Fat, No sugar vanilla Yogurt
    1/2 scoop vanilla whey powder (optional)
    1 cup Skim Milk
    2 tsp. Splenda ( optional)
    Ice cubes-a generous handful

Directions

Put all the above ingredients into a blender. Mix
completely. Makes 2 servings. The recipe is calculated with whey powder for added protein. If you don't have any, it is just as tasty without it.
