Number of Servings: 20


    stir fry medley, 24 oz (dole puts this out)
    Cheddar Cheese, 8 oz
    Onions, raw, 2 large cut up
    Butter, salted, 3/4cup
    *Flour, white, 1/3 cup
    Half and Half Cream, 6 cup
    Milk, 2%, 8 cup
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 3 cup
    cayenne, 1 tsp
    beef base, 2 tbsp


cook veggies in butter till soft in butter
add flour stir until flour is well mixed in
add half & half and milk
add cayenne and beef base
cook until nice and hot
serve as is (like hubby likes it) or
run through blender in batches heating more if needed (my way)

20~ 1 cup servings

NOTE: you could easily add more milk make it thinner, have more servings and it would still be really good, hubby just like it thicker.
