Ingredients

1 lrg cap Portabella mushroom
1/4 c Marinara Sauce
2 tbsp Cottage cheese
1/4 c Spinach, chopped
1/4 c Shredded mozzarella
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
1. Clean mushrooms with a damp rag, using a spoon scrape the gills completely out of the mushroom and remove the stem.
2. Spray bottem of mushroom lightly with olive oil to keep from burning.
3. Place mushroom bottem side up on foil linned baking sheet.
4. Add and spread evenly over mushroom all remaining ingredients.
5. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and then turn oven up to broil for 5 minutes to brown the cheese ontop.
