    1.5 lbs ground beef
    1 package taco seasoning mix
    16 oz refried beans
    16 oz salsa
    2 cups part skim mozerella cheese
    red pepper flakes to taste


Preheat oven to 325 F.

In a large skillet brown beef and drain off all fat.

Mix in taco seasoning.

Spoon beef mixture into a 9x13 inch glass baking dish, top with refried beans, then salsa, then cheese and pepper flakes if desired.

Bake 20 - 25 minutes.
