    Flour, white, 1.25 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .5 cup
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp
    Salt, .25 tsp
    Kellogg's All-Bran Cereal, 2 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1.25 cup
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup


Preheat oven to 400.
In mixing bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
In large mixing bowl, combine All Bran and milk. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cereal softens. Add egg and applesauce. Beat well. Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined. Portion evenly into twelve muffin pan cups coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 400 about 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
