Ingredients

    1 whole chicken breast without skin and bone
    2 chicken boullion cubes
    3 cups water
    10 Oz. Frozen Broccoli
    6 Cups 1% milk
    1/2 cup flour
    1/2 cup cheddar cheese powder
    1 cup colby jack cheese shredded

Directions

Put Chicken, boullion cubes, and water in pressure cooker and cook for 20 minutes. Releive pressure, and remove chicken to cool. Put broccoli in chicken broth and pressure cook for 4 minutes. While Broccolli cooks, debone chicken and tear into small pieces. Put chicken back in pan and add milk reserving 1 cup. Bring this to a boil and then stir in remaining 1 cup of milk with .5 cup of flour stirred into it. Stir until this thickens, and then stir in the cheddar cheese powder and the colby cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. You could also add some carrots to this recipe to add some more vegetables.
