Ingredients

    can of black beans
    can of whole kernal corn
    half bunch of cilantro
    4 plum tomatoes
    1/4 red onion
    1 tablespoon of salt
    1 tablespoon of black pepper

Directions

Add beans and corn to your bowl. Chop up cilantro in small bits. Cut up tomatoes into small pieces. Cut up onions into small pieces. Mix all ingredients together. Add salt and pepper...enjoy!! This will make 8 ,1/2 cup servings.
