Fried Plaintain with Sour Cream & Jelly Fried Plaintain with Sour Cream & Jelly

Ingredients

    1 Plaintain
    1 tbsp of Light Olive Oil
    1 tbsp of Jelly (light of your favorite)
    1 tbsp of Sour Cream (light or fat free)

Directions

Put the olive oil on pan to heat up. Cut the plaintain in the middle to make an open cut. Place it on the pan and let it cook for 5-10 minutes until you see that it has soften. Take it out of the pan on a plate of your desire. Put the sour cream all over the middle of the plaintain. Then your desired jelly of 1 tbsp on top of the sour cream . Hmm then you can cut it up in pieces for servings.
This tastes soo gooood!!!
