    Cabbage, fresh, 1 head, large (about 7" dia)
    *Dole Classic Romaine Salad Blend, 7 cup
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Scallions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Chow Mein Noodles, 2 cup
    Almonds, 1 cup, slivered
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise (Mayo), 16 tbsp
    Honey, 12 tbsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    *Rice Wine Vinegar, 6 tbsp
    *Kraft Fat Free Honey Dijon Salad Dressing, 6 tbsp
    *Aldi Chicken Tenderloin, 12 serving


Mix mayo, honey, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar and honey dijon (mustard) in a separate bowl. You can opt to bread the chicken if you'd like and bake it, divide into 12 servings. Chop remaining ingredients and divide into 12 servings. Serve it with warm or refrigerated (but cooked!) chicken and it's a crowd favorite. It's the homemade version of Applebee's Oriental Chicken Salad, only quite a bit better for you!
