    2 lbs boneless pork chops, cut into 1 inch pieces
    1 cup sesame teriaki sauce
    1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
    1 medium onion chopped
    1 cup broccoli, chopped
    1 cup snow peas
    3 cup brown rice


Add first four ingredients to slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Last 25 minutes add broccoli and snow peas. Serve over rice.
