    1 rounded scoop of 365 brand Soy Protein Powder (vanilla flavor)
    1 cup of light plain Silk soymilk
    3/4 cup of frozen mixed berries


Put everything in a blender and blend it up! The resulting smoothie will not be overly sweet, so you might want to add some splenda or stevia if you like a very sweet smoothie. Also, you can somewhat taste the 31 grams of protein that are in this smoothie, so you can thin it out with fruit juice or soymilk to your taste, just be aware that it will alter the nutritional content.
