    whole wheat lasagna noodles
    ricotta cheese, part skim
    mozzarella cheese
    1-2 cups veggies
    1 jar of store-bought spaghetti sauce


Layer 1/3 of spaghetti sauce in an 11x7 dish. Cover with 3 noodles. Cover with all of the ricotta cheese and veggies, another 1/3 spaghetti sauce, and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese. Layer 3 more noodles, and the rest of the spaghetti sauce. Cover, bake at 375 for 50 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing.
