    Ground Beef (3 Pounds)
    Canned Tomato Sauce (3 - 16 Oz. Cans)
    Dark Red Kidney Beans (3 - 16 Oz Cans)
    Canned Whole Tomatos (3 - 16 Oz. Cans)
    Dark Red Kidney Beans (3 - 16 Oz Cans)
    Chilli Powder (3 Tablespoons)
    (Notice the 3*3*3*3*3*3 Porportions? You can increase and reduce the size of this dish accordingly).
    Canola Oil
    White Onion - chopped
    Salt, Pepper and Cheyenne Pepper to taste


Grill chopped onions in oil until slightly tender. Add ground beef and cook until brown (add salt and pepper to taste). Drain and rinse.

Return beef/onion mixture to pan. Add salt, pepper and cheynne pepper to taste. Add tomato sauce and canned tomatos, with juice, breaking up tomatos as you stir mixture. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add dark red kidney beans and stir. Bring to boil and simmer until heated through and tomatos are fully cooked. You can simmer this on low as long as you desire, as the longer you cook, the fuller the flavor.

Great on a cold day, topped with low fat sour cream and reduced fat cheddar cheese (not included in calorie count).
