Ingredients

    Shrimp, raw, 16 oz (remove)
    *Smart Balance Buttery Spread, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
    *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
    *Broccolli, 10 oz (remove)
    *Bean sprouts, 1 cup (remove)
    Scrambled Egg, 2 large (remove)
    *Rice, Kraft Minute Whole Grain Brown Rice, 3 cup (remove)

Directions

In a large wok or skillet, saute shrimp, and garlic in butter on med-high heat until shrimp is no longer pink. Add soy sauce. Mix in broccoli and bean sprouts. Cover and cook on medium until veggies are soft and throughly cooked. Turn down heat to low. Add scrambled eggs and cooked rice, mixing until the rice soaks up any liquid.
