Number of Servings: 12


    3 cups flour
    1 cup warm water
    1 TBS. yeast
    3 tsp. sugar
    2 TBS olive oil
    1 tsp. salt

    1 small can sliced olives
    about 40 pieces of turkey pepperoni
    8 ounces mozzarella cheese
    3/4 cup Original Prego sauce
    5 oz. lean ground beef, browned
    1 yellow bell pepper
    garlic powder


Pour warm water into a bowl. The water should be about 85-115 degrees F. Add sugar and salt. Mix on low until well blended. Add the yeast and mix. Let this mixture sit for about 5 minutes. Add 1 cup of flour and the olive oil and mix until well blended. Add the rest of the flour and mix well. If the dough does not ball up because it is too dry, add a tablespoon of water at a time. Once the dough is balled up, place the ball on a floured board and knead for about a minute. Place the dough in a bowl, put plastic wrap over the top and place in the microwave. Microwave on lowest power for 10 minutes. Punch dough down and microwave on lowest power 10 more minutes. Then roll dough out and top with toppings! Yum! Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
