Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    1 cup oats
    1 cup Rice Milk ( I used vanilla)
    3 teaspoons Ener-g Egg replacer
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp sugar and cinnamon (for sprinkling)

Directions

Soak oats in rice milk for one hour.

Add applesauce to oat mixture.

Mix dry ingredients in a seperate bowl.


Add the dry ingredients to the wet and mix until just combined. Heat oven to 400 degrees, bake for 15-20 minutes.
