Ingredients

    1 lb. lean stewing meat, cut into bite size pieces
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    3/4 cup cut green beans, fresh or frozen
    3/4 cup corn, fresh or frozen
    4 cups fat free, low sodium beef stock
    2 14.5 ounce cans stewed tomatoes
    12 oz. V8 juice
    3.4 cup pearl barley
    1 cup water

Directions

In a 5-6 quart slow cooker, combine all ingredients.
Cover and cook on high for 5-7 hours. until vegetables are cooked to your liking.
