Ingredients

    6 medium sized portabella mushrooms, stems removed

    part skim milk ricotta cheese 1.5 cups

    1 Tbls grated parmesan cheese

    4 oz part skim milk shredded mozzarrella cheese

    1 large egg

    1 Tbls dried parsley flakes

    1/2 tsp italian seasoning

    1.5 cups canned diced tomatos





Directions

1 stuffed mushroom is about 200 calories with 15 grams protien, 15 grams carbohydrates and 9 grams fat

mix cheeses, egg, and seasoning together. Use about 1/4 cup in each mushroom cap (remove stems first)
place in baking dish and pour tomatos over top and bake about 30 minutes at 350*

    Sorry wrong stuffed portabella !!!
    Jan. 26, 09. Made dish tonight along with mashed caulaflower and brown rice. My youngest daughter was not fond of the mushroom itself but liked the stuffing. My step son liked it all especially the crab meat. Will make again.
