    Blue Bonnet Margarine 3 Tbsp
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup
    Lucerne Heavy Whipping Cream 1/2 cup
    Jasmine Bakery Wheat Pita Pockets, 2 Pita's
    Lucerne Part skim Mozzarella Cheese 1/2 cup
    Chicken Breast, 1 breasy
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp


Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees.

Boil chicken in water until done. Once cooked, dice chicken into small slices. Place your olive oil in non-stick pan, then the diced chicken. Cook on medium-high for about 5 minutes, to add a little crispyness to it.

Time to start your alfredo sauce. Place 3 tbsp of butter in a non-stick frying pan, on medium-high heat. Once butter is melted a simmering, pour in the heavy whipping cream. Let simmer, stirring occasionally. Once this mixture is bubbling, sprinkle the parmesan in. Stir until thoroughly blended, and cheese is melted. Once done, pour in small bowl, and set aside.

Split the pita bread in half. and set on a cookie/pizza pan.

Spread the alfredo sauce in equal amounts on each of the pita breads. Same goes for the chicken and mozzarella cheese.

Place in oven for 5 minutes.
