This breakfast casserole is easy to make for breakfast or dinner! This breakfast casserole is easy to make for breakfast or dinner!
Number of Servings: 8


    6 cups frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
    12 eggs
    1 lb pork sausage (browned)
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1/2 tsp Lawry's Season Salt
    1 cup shredded cheese (divided)


In a large bowl, combine the hash brows, eggs, pork, 3/4 cup cheese and seasonings. Transfer to a 13 x 9 baking pan coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until set.
