    1 Lb Ground Turkey
    1 Tbsp Canola Oil
    Small Onion (Chopped)
    Newman's Own Sockarooni Pasta Sauce
    Tinkyada Organic Brown Rice Lasagne
    15 oz Breakstone Ricotta Cheese
    1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Six Cheese Italian Style Blend


Brown ground turkey with chopped onion. Add pasta sauce. Mix together ricotta, mozzarella and eggs. Layer 1 cup meat sauce in bottom of baking pan, uncooked pasta, meat sauce and then cheese mixture. Add final layer of uncooked pasta and remaining meat sauce. Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour @ 350. Remove foil and add Italian cheese mix. Cook uncovered 10 minutes. Makes 9 servings.
