    1 pound lean ground beef
    2 onions
    2-3 cups chopped green beans
    1 large can yellow corn
    beef stalk to your taste

    1 yukon gold potato
    1 head cauliflower
    2-3tbsp butter
    2tbsp half and half cream


Cook beef add onions, garlic, corn and chopped green beans. Stir in beef stalk and a little water. Let simmer.

Cook potatoes and cauliflower. Mash potatoes and cauliflower together. Mix in butter and cream.

Spread beef mixture in pan and top with cauliflower mix.

Baked in oven at 400 for 30-40 min until brown on top.

NOTE: The beef stalks helps add more flavour - with all the veggies in there it helps keeps this from going to bland.
