Oh my gosh....way too easy and even more yummy! Oh my gosh....way too easy and even more yummy!
Number of Servings: 8


    1 tetra pack chicken broth

    1 tbsp butter

    1 small onion, chopped

    1 tsp fresh ginger, grated (I actually do a thumb sized piece)

    2 398 ml size cans pure pumpkin puree

    ½ tsp cinnamon

    ½ tsp nutmeg

    ¼ c. honey


Melt butter and sauté onion. Add broth, pumpkin and spices. Simmer about 20 min. Remove from heat and add honey. ENJOY!!
