    28 oz. potatoes
    3/4 cup milk
    1 large egg
    3 1/2 cup shredded cheddar


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut potatoes into thin slices and boil in water for 4 minutes. Spray pam on 8 x 8 baking dish. Layer potatoes, sprinkle with cheese. Repeat until last layer. Before putting cheese on the top layer, whisk together an egg and hot milk. Pour over potatoes, then add final layer of cheese. Bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes soft and cheese golden brown.

  • Super simple to make but needs some seasoning. Will add salt and pepper next time and possibly some oregano, garlic, or thyme. - 9/10/09
