    5 flour tortillas (burrito size) your choice of brand
    1 can of Cr of chicken soup (healthy Request)
    8 tbs White Ch dip (Sam's Club)
    3 Chicken breasts (boneless) or 6 tenderloins
    1 cup shredded Mexican cheeses
    3/4 C Salsa (your choice)
    chili pepper, chicken seasonings (your choice)
    2 tbs olive oil


Makes 5 Chimichungas

Cut up 3 Chicken boneless chicken breasts into chunks (if using tenderloins use 6)
Cook until done in 2 tbs of olive oil in skillet
add soup, seasonings, cup of shredded cheese and salsa into a bowl. add chicken when cooked. mix well.
place enough mixture onto the tortilla to allow you to roll it (approx 4 tbls). Tuck in sides as you roll.
put seam side down on a baking sheet. (brush with egg white for browing) Optional
Bake at 375 for 15-20 min (until browning on edges starts)
heat up white cheese dip, spoon over the chimichunga, serve with sour cream, lettuce..
