Introduction

this is the basic recipe there are 3 variations after this one :) I replaced peanut butter with cottage cheese this is the basic recipe there are 3 variations after this one :) I replaced peanut butter with cottage cheese

Ingredients

    1/2c Cottage Cheese. fat free, Lucrene
    10oz Silken lowfat tufo, whipped up
    2 egg whites, beaten
    1tbsp 1tsp Agave
    3 scoops vanilla protien powder
    1/2c applesauce, unsweetened
    1/2c whole oats
    1/2c oat flour

Directions

Preheat oven to 350
mix all the wet stuff together
add in the protien powder
slowly add the flour & oats till you get a brownie batter consistancy
spray an 8x8 pan
Bake 20-30 minutes.
monitor closely!!! The bars should brown on the top just a bit, but the middle will still be a little wet when tested with a knife. Tofu hardens upon cooling.
let cool completely in the pan then cut into bars.



these are dense bars, and keep in the fridge for up to two weeks in an airtight plastic container.








PB replacements:
PB and applesauce = small can pumpkin and tsp pumpkin pie
PB = Cottage Cheese
PB = 1tbap lemon zest and 2tbsp juice increase oat flour by 2 tablespoons
vanilla berry
PB= 1/2 cup mixed raspberries/blueberries and added 2tsp vanilla extract.
