Number of Servings: 8


    1 lb ground turkey
    1 cup instant brown rice
    1 can cream of mushroom
    1 cup chopped onion
    .5 cup bell peppers
    1 package frozen broccoli
    .5 cup milk
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste


Brown Turkey with onion, bell pepper, and broccoli until turkey is cooked through and onions are transparent. In a medium casserole dish add instant brown rice, can of soup and half a cup milk, mix. Pour meat, veggie mixture into dish and mix well with rice and soup. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes adding cheese over the top with 10 minutes remaining.
